Really yummy and the servers will help you with understanding the menu if it's your first time. We got the orange peel chicken, garlic eggplant and green beans, wagyu mapu tofu, and the Thai basil chicken. I think my favorites were the orange peel chicken and the garlic eggplant and green beans. The Thai basil chicken was good but I should've paid attention to the spicy level because my god, it was too spicy. The wagyu mapu tofu wasn't hot when we got it. It was more like room temp which was odd but it still had good flavor. We just ended up taking it home and reheating it later.

This place is SO cheap (esp on the west side) for the amount of food they give you, so delicious on their dishes, and stellar Chinese food (not your "typical" Chinese fast food) on the west side. I love the concept of this where you're suppose to pick many dishes and share as family style or eat as one for variety! It's super spacious inside and you can see what is in each dish as they have a display up front. It's a casual dining experience where you take a tray and order up front with the workers. When you're done you take your tray and put it back near the dishes section. We got 4 dishes and 2 bowls of rice for two people and we're super full! All that for ~$26! My favorites were the Cola Chicken and Eggplant and String Beans in garlic sauce! 1) Cola Chicken (5/5): Tender chunks of chicken that is soft and glazed with a sweet and savory cola glaze. If you like General Tso chicken the sauce is like this but BETTER bc it's less sweet and the cola really balances out the flavors. I was craving this again the next day. 2) Eggplant and String Beans in Garlic Sauce (5/5): Their eggplant was perfect consistently of soft and soaked up all the flavorful, sweet and spicy garlic sauce. The string beans were also great and soaked up the garlic sauce which was to die for. I was so impressed with this dish! Great way to get your veggies in. 3) Curry and Wagyu Beef (4/5): This was a homey and hearty curry dish with nice chunks of Wagyu beef inside. 4) Mapo Tofu (3/5): I feel like this dish could use some work on the sauce part. The tofu was good consistency but the sauce and meat on it was very plain. I would come back to try more of their dishes!

Been meaning to try this for lunch since it's only 9mins from my house. Parking in the structure was easy. Walked in, saw a bunch of people standing around the counter waiting for their food. I thought this was going to take forever....but it seemed like everyone was waiting on one dish so it cleared out quickly. Got to the front, grabbed a tray, and started asking the guy working there a bunch of questions. Recommendations, how much to order, etc. He was nice and walked me through some of the favorites and gave me good advice. Got the Orange peel chicken (super crispy even at home, sticky, delicious) , Sichuan potatoes (imagine crinkle cut fries finished like a spicy Sichuan dry stir fry), Hunan spicy beef ( really good, lots of kick) , and a wagyu rice bowl ( this was fine but not on the level as the others). Everything was better quality than I was expecting with more flavor than I was expecting, and was cheaper than I was expecting! It was like $22 for all of that food which was definitely enough for my wife and I. I have my eye on a few other dishes so I'll be back and could end up on the lunch rotation if they keep the same level and price. The only downside is that I think there might have been a misunderstanding that I wanted it to go. When I asked the cashier he got pulled in another direction so put the lids in the to go area on like a hat...not totally closed because I didn't want to smash the food. Next time I will be more prepared.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now and it was sooo good for quick Chinese takeout! You order everything a la carte - except for the waygu beef rice bowl - which is the best deal on the menu arguably. Definitely be careful with the chili oil that you can add on the side cause it is SPICY.

Tigawok isn't going to change your life or anything when it comes to Chinese food, but it's quick, simple and gets you full without suffering from MSG fatigue like other Chinese places do. Their food is clean, the packaging is actually nice and visually pleasing, and the service is quick. My only issue is the menu usually lacks variety and all the good food choices are usually sold out by the evening. If you're coming here later in the day expect just orange chicken, spicy potatoes and scrambled egg left. That being said they still taste great and they also have pretty good sauces you can take home to add some flavor to the food. Portions could be bigger, but they do have competitive prices. I'll be back in the future, hoping they add new menu items as they grow.

We went in the late evening to try Tigawok for the first time. Ordering was pretty seamless at the front and it felt like chipotle style where you order as you move along the line. It was tough finding seats at first and we had to stand, but eventually moved to a table when people left. The environment felt clean and tidy. Dishes were tasty and very authentic. Pricing was affordable and it felt like a great value for the quality. Free parking in the lot attached to the building - super convenient.

This place has been on my list for a while, so I'm glad I finally tried it! My friends and I come to this area often, so it was convenient to visit here one afternoon. Ambience-wise, It was a bit busy as the line stretched the entire inside of the restaurant. And it's not that large inside, but it wasn't a problem because the line moved relatively quickly. Service was good, the workers were friendly and gave good recommendations. The food itself was very tasty. Each entree is like $5-6 each, and the rice or noodles dish is like $3ish (check menu for exact price). I wasn't too hungry or else I would have probably ordered more entrees. But from what I tried it was good. Kind of like a fancier panda express sorta vibe. But tasted great and is a decently good value. Would highly recommend trying for yourself, and i'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing variety of Chinese food. But the Kong Pao Chicken is a bit sweet, which is not so authentic.
